As a child, the Scholastic Book Fair was his favorite day of the school year. While most kids searched for adventure stories, Marcos found himself captivated by books on personal growth, success, psychology, and the mysteries of human potential. He couldn't explain why—he only knew he was drawn to understanding what made people think, grow, and transform.
That curiosity became a lifelong pursuit.
Years before he ever coached a client or stepped onto a stage, Marcos was already searching for the ideas that could change a life. Looking back, those early moments between the bookshelves weren't just the beginning of a reading habit—they were the first chapter of a mission that continues to shape everything he creates today.
THE MAKING OF A MENTOR
What began with books evolved into poetry. Poetry became music. Music became storytelling. And throughout it all, Marcos remained a student of human potential—immersing himself in the work of great thinkers, transformational teachers, and timeless philosophies in search of one question:

Long before he built programs or stepped onto stages, he was using words to make sense of the world, searching for the language that could transform not only his own life, but the lives of others.
But by 30, he stood at a painful crossroads:

He chose the latter.

Soon after, a conversation with the president of the Think and Grow Rich Institute opened an unexpected door. Within weeks, Marcos was teaching Napoleon Hill's timeless principles while deepening his understanding of leadership, influence, integrity, and the psychology of lasting transformation.
The path was finally becoming clear. His purpose had always been the same—it had simply found its stage.
Winning a public speaking competition changed more than Marcos's confidence—it changed the direction of his life and set him up to go on to win 4 speaking competitions.
For the first time, he realized that every poem, every song, every hour spent studying human behavior had been preparing him for something greater. His voice wasn't simply meant to entertain. It was meant to awaken possibility.
Marcos immersed himself in the study of human potential—exploring transformational education, leadership, sales psychology, communication, and personal development with the same curiosity that had guided him since childhood. Every experience became another piece of the puzzle.
